Kate Winslet couldn't hide her delight as she went on the stage to collect the Best Actress award for Wonder Wheel, directed by Woody Allen. After collecting the award, she said that she felt "honoured" to be in the same room as Allison Janney, who plays the role of CJ in the political drama West Wing.  "Allison Janney... The Crazy Way The Walking Dead Handled Morales' Story Last week's Walking Dead was capped off with the return of Atlanta survivor Morales, whose surprise reappearance was coupled with the shock that he was now within the ranks of Negan's Saviors. This week's episode cut Morales' return short, offering a small bit of explanation for his current situation before Daryl took him out of the land of the living for good. I imagine there will be a lot of irate fans expecting Morales to have had a bigger arc in the story. When Morales came back last week, I was mistaken in thinking that he had a full idea about who Rick was whenever his name would get spoken by the Saviors. It wasn't a very sensible assumption, since there would be little reason for that connection to happen in Morales' brain, considering not a whole lot of intel is at anyone's disposal in this society. So it was a much better move for him to not make the connections between Rick Grimes ...

La Liga: Happy With Barcelona Win, But Can't Be Satisfied, Says Boss Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde praised Paco Alcacer for his  efforts against Sevilla but said there is still a lot of work for the team to do. The recalled Alcacer, who endured a disappointing first season at the Camp Nou, was making just his second league start of the campaign, yet he had an impact by putting the hosts ahead midway through the first half. And after Guido Pizarro had levelled for Sevilla after the break with a header from a corner, it was another first-time finish from Alcacer that restored Barca's lead, and their four-point advantage at the top of the table. Valverde admitted the side had suffered at times at the hands of  Sevilla, although Alcacer's second goal ensured Barca picked up three valuable points with a 2-1 win. "They are important goals for him but also for the team as it allows us to stay very well positioned,...

Saudi Arabian royals' arrests may be heir Mohammed bin Salman's ploy to eliminate rivals and consolidate power Riyadh: Saudi Arabia's heir to the throne is overseeing an unprecedented wave of arrests of dozens of the country's most powerful princes, military officers, influential businessmen and government ministers — some potential rivals or critics of the crown prince now consolidating his power. Among those taken into custody overnight Saturday in the purported anti-corruption sweep were billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, one of the world's richest men with extensive holdings in Western companies, as well as two of the late King Abdullah's sons. The arrest of senior princes upends a longstanding tradition among the ruling Al Saud family to keep their disagreements private in an effort to show strength and unity in the face of Saudi Arabia's many tribes and factions. It also sends a message that the 32-year-old crown prince, Mohamme...
